We do! We make a fantastic gluten free crust in house that’s crispy, chewy and nothing like the sad cauliflower crust you’re used to. You can request this crust with any of our pizzas. Many of our insalate and antipasti can also be modified to be gluten free.
Please note that while we use separate pans and kitchen wares when making gluten free dishes, we do cook all our food in the same kitchen and there is risk of cross contamination. Pizzana is not recommended for anyone with a severe allergy.
