Our dough is crafted in the Neapolitan tradition then fermented and proofed for two days. We use San Marzano tomatoes that are grown exclusively for Pizzana in the Naples countryside. Our mozzarella, or “fior di latte,” is shipped fresh from Italy along with other Italian meats and cheeses.

We call it Neo Neapolitan. It is rooted in tradition but with made for American tastes. Traditionally, Neapolitan pizza is eaten with a fork and knife. You can pick up a Pizzana slice with your hands and it won’t flop over.

Hard to say, but our Cacio e Pepe pizza has been called “a small miracle” by the Los Angeles Times and our Diavola was named “Pizza of the Year” by 50 Top Pizza, renowned for its comprehensive review of the world’s pizzas.

We do! We make a fantastic gluten free crust in house that’s crispy, chewy and nothing like the sad cauliflower crust you’re used to. You can request this crust with any of our pizzas. Many of our insalate and antipasti can also be modified to be gluten free.

Please note that while we use separate pans and kitchen wares when making gluten free dishes, we do cook all our food in the same kitchen and there is risk of cross contamination. Pizzana is not recommended for anyone with a severe allergy.

Yes! We offer Vegan Margherita made with vegan cheese, Vegan Funghi made with cauliflower besciamella and a vegan Marinara made without any cheese. Many of our insalate and antipasti can also be modified to be vegan.

Chef Daniele has thoughtfully crafted flavors and ingredients, so we encourage you to trust the process. That said, we’ll always do our best to accommodate within reason! You can also add toppings of your choice (such as Cetara Anchovy, Prosciutto di Parma and more) to any pizza.

Yes! Many of our dishes are nut-free, but let us know about any allergies or dietary preferences when you order.

Yes, all of our cheeses are pasteurized. Go ahead and enjoy that melty goodness!

We don’t have a specific kids’ menu, but kids love our pizza. Our Classic Cheese pizza is made with a kid-approved cheese. Kids also love our Margherita and Pepperoni. You can request we remove ingredients like basil for picky eaters.

Yes! Our Vegan Marinara pizza is 100% cheeseless and 100% delicious.

Our dough is a sourdough that goes through a 48-hour fermentation process. The result is a light, crispy and ridiculously good crust.

Yes, you can! We have a $35 corkage fee per regular bottle and $55 corkage fee per magnum bottle.

“Ready to eat” pizzas are sliced and ready to be enjoyed immediately. For pizzas that can be refreshed in a home or office oven, we recommend choosing the “heat and slice” option for the best pizza experience. “Heat and slice” pizzas are fully cooked, but not sliced. You place them directly on your oven rack for approximately 2 minutes at 500 degrees, then add included toppings, slice and eat. Your pizza will taste as if it just came out of our wood burning oven!

Yes! Pizzana is perfect for all kinds of events and celebrations. We cater events from 10 to 10,000. You can order directly online here or get in touch with our catering team here or at catering@pizzana.com.

We recommend 24 hours’ notice but can often accommodate last minute and even same day notice. If you need lots of pizzas in a hurry, we recommend ordering on our online catering platform here.

Absolutely. Nothing builds team morale like a pizza break! We can keep important dates on file (such as office birthdays) and set recurring deliveries. 

Yes, we offer full service catering in the Los Angeles area. Our team will stretch, cook and assemble pizzas on site for you and your guests. We bring portable pizza ovens to these events.

Yes! We offer large format pizzas in select flavors, perfect for feeding a crowd.

We do! Pizzana ships nationwide via Goldbelly, so you can get our pies anywhere. Be sure to check back often as we’re often adding new items for nationwide shipping.

Simply select your delivery date so you know exactly when to expect your pizzas. Then, fire them in the oven for 8-10 minutes for a restaurant quality pizza any time, anywhere. Or, pop them in the freezer to enjoy later.

When dining in, you can let your server know you would like to Redeem a Reward.

In the app, you can redeem your Rewards at Checkout. Simply add items to your basket and select “Checkout” to be taken to the Basket page. Midway through the page, you will see “Apply eligible rewards to my order.” Select the Reward you would like to apply and click “Apply.” You will see that item’s cost deducted from your total.

View your rewards in the app by selecting “Rewards” on the bottom or left menu. Clicking on a Reward will show you when it expires.

Our pizzas are created by Daniele Uditi. An artisan who learned his craft growing up in Naples, Italy, Daniele incorporates his training from some of the best pizzerias in Campagnia with his family bakery’s traditional bread recipes. Since his arrival to Los Angeles in 2010, his signature “slow dough” Neo Neapolitan pizzas have garnered a passionate international following of celebrities and pizza lovers.
