Chef Daniele does it again! With his trademark technique of fusing classic pastas with pizza, he tackles the beloved Italian vodka. The dish gets its name from a hearty pour of vodka into its sauce, which bursts into dramatic flames upon contact. Not only does the alcohol intensify the flavors of our san marzano tomatoes, it adds a bit of a bite to balance out their sweetness. This literal smokeshow of a sauce is paired with smoked fior di latte, smoked coppa, salsa verde, calabrian chile, oregano and pecorino.
