wood fired broccolini, whipped ricotta, roasted garlic, parmigiano, honey, calabrian chile oil
Did you know? Broccolini is a relatively new creation. It was developed in Japan as a hybrid of broccoli and Chinese broccoli in the 1990s. The result is a vegetable that is less bitter than broccoli with a mildly sweet flavor. Their stems offer a slight crunch; a texture that pairs perfectly with its delicate florets.
Our lightly charred Broccolini soaks up puddles of sweet honey and calabrian chile oil as whipped ricotta makes it way in between the greens. Paired with roasted garlic and finished with parmigiano, it’s a wonderful insalata alternative when you’re craving a warm dish.
