Featured on Netflix’s The Chef Show, our Polpette al Forno is not to be missed. This recipe is an homage to Chef Daniele’s mother who cooked meatballs with a medley of leftover meats (and even breads) she had lying around her kitchen in Caserta. Made with beef, pork and lamb, they are served simmering in san marzano dop, bursting with the flavor of sun-ripened tomatoes from our private plot in Naples. Each order comes with wood fired bread made from the same dough we make our pizzas with. It’s the perfect vehicle to bring every last drop of tomato sauce from the pan to your palate.
